The 3 hair habits I recommend to every client, and the 1 vitamin I’d actually buy

When a client tells me her hair is getting thinner, I give her the same advice, every time.
Before buying another shampoo or serum, fix these three things.
01Wear your hair looser.
Tight ponytails, buns and extensions keep pulling on strands that are already getting finer. Give your hair a break.
02Be gentle when it’s wet.
Wet hair breaks easily. Squeeze it dry instead of rubbing it, and detangle from the ends rather than pulling through knots.
03Get enough protein.
Hair is built from protein. If you’ve been eating less, losing weight or skipping meals, make sure there’s a proper protein source at every meal.
These three habits protect the hair you already have.
But there’s another half of the equation. What is the hair growing back being built from?
That’s where the right vitamin matters most.
And most hair vitamins don’t make my cut. The dose is too low, they rely almost entirely on biotin, or they’re too expensive and inconvenient to stay on long enough to see a difference.
I’ve tested dozens with my clients. These are the three best. Only one passed all three tests, and it’s the one I recommend first.
These vitamin gummies blew me away! I came across them during my research and have been really impressed.
Whenever I recommended WEEM to my clients after their treatments, they’d come back saying their friends and husbands had complimented them on how full and healthy their hair looked.
WEEM is vegan, plant-based and gluten-free, so you don’t have to worry about any unexpected side effects.
Its hair-growth superpower? Its unique biotin blend.
But don’t let the words “biotin supplement” fool you. Our skin naturally produces hair follicle (dermal papilla) cells, but over time we produce fewer, so finding a vitamin with a quality biotin formulation is essential for a healthy scalp.
WEEM became my number one pick because of how quickly its ingredient blend worked, and how fast it started to fill out bald spots.
It contains 5,000 mcg of biotin, the dose I recommend when taking biotin internally for hair-growth results.
Thanks to its high-quality, synthetic-free ingredients, the hair-growth effects came within just 14 days of daily use. No other hair supplement worked faster.
Check Out WEEM’s Gummies →Nutrafol may cost an arm and a leg at $88, but if you have stubborn, dry scalp skin, this high-potency vitamin, rich in fatty acids, could be a serious game-changer for you.
Enriched with vitamins and antioxidants that work together for scalp rejuvenation, plus peptides to help speed up collagen production, it supports hair growth and overall strength and elasticity, and helps prevent thinning in the long run. It comes in at #2 instead of #1 because we saw the same results as WEEM, but at nearly 4x the price. And if you’re looking for a vegan, plant-based supplement or have fish allergies, Nutrafol is not for you.
Check Out Nutrafol Vitamins →Most people know Nature’s Bounty. This trusted brand uses gentle ingredients that are better for a sensitive scalp, at a reasonable price. It also contains vitamin B12 and vitamin D to support growth and healthy hair.
It made our list because of the price. However, we didn’t see the same results as WEEM, though it’s still worth a try if you want to give it a shot.

Start the three habits tonight. Start WEEM this week. I’ve seen it work for too many clients to recommend anything else first. The brush changes first, and the mirror follows around three months later.
The 90 days are refundable. The 90 days of waiting are not.
Try WEEM for 90 days →Vegan · Two gummies a day · Money-back guarantee

P.S. The habits protect the hair you have. The vitamin decides what grows back. If you change one thing this week, make it WEEM. It’s what I recommend to every client first.
