How I solved my hair issues while raising 2 toddlers.
How many full nights of sleep have you gotten in the last month?
How many times have you skipped a meal or eaten poorly in the last seven days?
When was the last time you took proper care of yourself?
It must have been around Miranda’s (2nd daughter) first year, year and a half, and Leo’s (first one) just turning 3? It felt as if something in me broke.
Like living in a haze.
Not sleeping well, eating cold leftovers late.
It was a highway to looking 10 years older in just a couple of weeks.
Changed my shampoo, stopped dyeing my hair (TBH that had already happened because I could never find the time), used serums for it. Nothing worked. Still looked like a zombie.
Luckily, a friend of mine at the time (a veteran mother herself) recommended that I look for the right dietary supplements to help me stabilize my body during that time.
And you know what? They worked.
And it wasn’t just about looks (fuller, shinier hair, better skin & stronger nails).
I actually felt better in general just because I started to see a little bit of “me” in the mirror.
Now here’s my take on it:
The IDEAL approach would be to keep a tight grip on your diet and make sure you get some quality sleep.
But with everything going on in my life at that time… it wasn't an option, so I’m guessing it might not be for you either.
So, being practical, I would recommend checking out some dietary supplements and finding the one that works best for you.
Below is the one I used myself. Great results in a really short time + as they are gummies, taking them feels like having a treat every morning. And it really helps coping with this demanding time in life.
WEEM Hair, Skin & Nails.
They have Biotin, Vitamins B, C and D, and Zinc.
The results were simply great. They have thousands of comments and reviews backing them.
If you need a first step, I’d start here.
